   - Our training services combine 1-on-1 online coaching with in-person group classes, offering a holistic approach to fitness. This includes:

     - **Boxing Cardio Group Classes**: Three sessions per week, with group training limited to 10 participants, facilitated by one to two trainers.

     - **Online Fitness Coaching**:

       - Strength training programs with training example videos (five days per week).

       - Progress tracking analytics.

       - One-on-one communication with your coach.

     - **Nutrition Resources**:

       - Macro nutritional tracking.

       - Personalized meal plans and recipes.

       - One-on-one nutrition coaching.

     - **Free Gym Facility Membership**: Access included with your monthly subscription for group classes.
